About me
People, encounters, and meaningful words
I hold a master’s degree in interpersonal organizational communication, and I am an author and lecturer. Since 2010, I have delivered more than 1,700 keynotes, workshops, and courses on well-being, collaboration, communication, and change. For me, it’s not about slides and models, but about the living encounter between people—where we share laughter, reflections, and perhaps discover something new.
I have written the books Ildsjælenes bog, Få succes som voksen og Nysgerrighed er svaret. My approach is down-to-earth and humorous, and I want my words to make an impact in everyday life—long after I have left. Off stage, I am a husband, father of two, secondhand book hunter, badminton club chairman, and owner of a LEGO bank where I lend out bricks to communities.

In working on my latest book “Nysgerrighed er svaret” I realized how many different approaches I actually draw on in the work I do. I am interested in how people interact with one another—most often in an organizational context.
