Change, diversity, and community
Change has become everyday life - but we haven't necessarily become better at handling it. As long as we work with people and not machines, change will be experienced differently and test the community. Communication, uncertainty, anxiety, and conflicts often come into play. My approach is to create a common platform and a shared language so that change doesn't divide, but strengthens the community.
Hear, among other things, why some embrace change in a few seconds, while others need years, how change affects thoughts and emotions, and how we acknowledge differences without losing cohesion.
I have many years of experience with change - both professionally and personally - and today, I make a living by communicating them in a way that makes them manageable in everyday life.

Everyone understands, but no one gets it: A humorous insight into collaboration and communication
This keynote is about us humans – for better or worse. With humor and self-irony, I look at our strange, yet meaningful behavior. We always want to understand the world, but we often fall into the trap of SEDB: That's Just How It Is. When we think we've understood everything, we stop being curious.
Here, I make the distinction between understanding and truly grasping clear, and I show how we can break the habit. The audience often discovers that both they and their colleagues are quite normal - and that the behavior actually makes sense.
The keynote can range from 15 minutes to three days, depending on the need.

Culture bearers in a time of change
Union representatives, work environment representatives, and other culture carriers often find themselves in a difficult role during times of change - caught between management and colleagues. This can be both frustrating and exhausting, especially when their support is needed the most.
I focus on what happens if we let changes take control on their own, and how this can threaten both community and task resolution. But I also provide concrete tools on how culture carriers can strengthen communication, build trust, and maintain their own energy, so they don't burn out themselves.
The lecture can be held as a presentation lasting one and a half to two hours, or as a workshop lasting three hours.

Leaders are also people – on the leader's right to well-being
In the pursuit of creating well-being for employees, we have often forgotten the leaders. However, leaders' well-being doesn't happen on its own - and their well-being has a huge impact on the entire organization.
I have spoken with more than 1,000 leaders about real challenges, and I know how the pressure of the role can take a toll. In this keynote, I focus on the leader's needs as a person, and on what both the leaders themselves and the organization can do to strengthen well-being and sustainability in the role.

Social capital – making the invisible visible
The most important factors in our work life are often invisible: trust, fairness, collaboration, and communication. When they work, both well-being and results flourish - but it’s usually only when they are lacking that we notice them.
I show how social capital can become a common language and a practical way to strengthen both the core task and the work environment. No one-size-fits-all solutions - but a process tailored to your specific reality. And with humor and energy, I kickstart the work so that everyone is motivated to participate.

Ignite the enthusiast and make a difference

The Irreplaceable Human: How We Preserve Agency, Hope, and Humanity in Our Encounter with AI

The Tiresome Organization
