I hold a master's degree in interpersonal organizational communication, I am an author, and I am fascinated by everything that happens in and between people. Since 2010, I have delivered more than 1,700 keynotes, workshops, and courses on well-being, collaboration, communication, and change. My approach is always lively, down-to-earth, and with humor - because I’d rather create presence than show PowerPoint slides.

What drives me is curiosity. I am fascinated by how people influence each other and how we can get better at living and working together. I have written several books, including Ildsjælenes bog, Få succes som voksen og Nysgerrighed er svaret. They all revolve around the same theme: understanding ourselves and each other better.

My background includes work in both public and private organizations, project management, and many years of experience with communication and relationships. This is the foundation on which I base my lectures - but I always prioritize making it simple and practical, so the key points can live on in everyday life.

When I stand on a stage, I don't just want to speak to people, but speak with them. I hope that my brief visit can spark reflection, energy, and concrete ideas that make a difference afterward.

Outside of work, I am a husband, father of two, secondhand book hunter, badminton club chairman, and owner of a LEGO bank where I lend out bricks to clubs, schools, and associations. I find energy in the communities I am a part of and in the desire to make it a little easier - and more fun - to be together as humans.
